Once an entrant has registered, a place in RB12 (Sea) is reserved by payment of a non-returnable deposit of £500 (ex VAT).
On receipt of the deposit payment, RB12 will send out an Entry Form for completion.
Entry to RB12 (Sea) is charged at a rate of £12.50 per horsepower(HP) ex VAT. Payment after 01 March 2012 will be subject to a late entry fee of +20%. Payment can be made by cheque or bank direct transfer. If you require a vat invoice in the first instance then please contact us to discuss. Any questions regarding your proposed horsepower and final amount payable should be addressed to the office.
The final cost will be confirmed when the final hp has been declared. Any additional charges will be made at the prevailing rate at the time of confirmation. Any refund will be made at the rate when the payment was made. All Entrants will be required to provide accurate and final HP by 01 April 2012.

The £500 deposit is non-returnable and reserves entry to RB12 (Sea) provided subsequent Entry Payments are made as per instructions . Entry Payments are also non-refundable. RB12 will, in exceptional circumstances, allow the Entrant’s place to be transferred to a new Entrant (if available), at which time Payments less a 20% administration fee will be refunded.
Entries are non-transferable without the written consent of the organisers.
